Etisalat’s first and independent Uptime Tier-III certified Data Center was executed by our accredited team that has also delivered many Data Centers in the region. Tier Certification of the Facility by “Uptime Institute” (an independent third-party regulator) is a very critical feature of certified Data Center projects. District Cooling Plant Project

District cooling systems can replace traditional air conditioning system serving large buildings which consume large amounts of energy. The traditional air-conditioning system is subjected to a difficult operating environment, including extreme heat, saline humidity and windborne sand. Over time, performance, efficiency and reliability suffer, leading to significant maintenance costs and ultimately to equipment replacement. AGEPC has been building a unique knowhow and expertise in working with key customers to build partnerships in building sustainable solutions of the future together. Our Team of Designers, Specialists and Engineers have executed several DCP’s and Utility complexes in the region and are accredited by regulating bodies and authorities.

Extra High-Voltage Substations

AG Power has its own team of well experienced Qualified Engineers and skilled technicians with in-depth knowledge of UAE Local regulation of various authorities viz Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defense, Utilities, Road and Transport, Brown Field working conditions etc. The team can execute Turnkey Projects starting from the activity of obtaining site affection plan up to Commissioning of Substations / Plants covering all the activities of Civil, MEP & Electrical EHV/HV/LV works and obtaining of Building completion certificate. The Project Managers and Site Managers have experience of working for project for Various Clients (Government & Private Developers) and coordination with reputed consultants. The Project Team can effectively co-ordinate the works of the Sub contractors of Civil, HVAC, Fire Protection System, Electrical equipment suppliers & Civil design consultants. The engineers and technicians are familiar with the design and functions of equipment to be installed, Testing & Commissioning operation of installation machinery, handling of tools and specialized and sophisticated equipment’s to ensure that health safety and environment conditions are protected during accident free execution of works. AG Power has put in place detailed quality procedure and method statements for each and every activity of each piece of equipment as required by various clients fully in compliance with Quality & Safety requirements, Environmental Protection and Governmental Regulations.

Maintenance and Asset Life Cycle Management

Bespoke Airconditioning works across a wide range of segments. The team also undertakes challenging and complex contracts for asset lifecycle management, including retrofit and/or replacement of assets, besides carrying out HVAC works across both new and replacement markets, including the associated energy and efficiency improvement initiatives etc.
